Pre-Licensed & Associate Therapists

Our collective occasionally takes on new independent therapists. If you are pre-licensed we can help you with the paperwork to become an associate therapist. We also provide supervision to help you reach your hours required for your LPC. We have options for associate licensed clinicians to remain part of our team after becoming fully licensed.

We believe your self care is an important aspect of your practice and offer reasonable office leases and highly competitive rates to properly compensate you for the meaningful work you do.

Students Looking for a Practicum/Internship Site

We accept 1-2 internship students per semester who meet the following criteria:

  • Are in a CACREP accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program

  • Are working towards their APC/LPC after graduation

  • Aspire to work in a private practice setting and want to learn how a private practice operates

  • Are okay with the internship being unpaid

  • Have experience and are comfortable with marketing yourself

  • Are internally driven and have the discipline to be able to set your own schedule

  • Have good self-care practices to balance school, your internship work, and your job if you have one

  • Are comfortable with building and maintaining a caseload of about 10 clients a week so you can meet your required hours to graduate

  • Have a desire to create and facilitate your own group
